At PagerDuty, I helped lead a visual refresh that brought new energy and clarity to the brand while staying grounded in the company’s core promise: empowering teams to respond in real time. Collaborating closely with marketing and product stakeholders, I evolved the visual system across web, social, and campaign materials to better reflect PagerDuty’s position as a modern, reliable, and human-centered tech leader. The refreshed look balanced enterprise credibility with approachability—using bold layouts, flexible grids, and a refined color palette to elevate the brand’s storytelling and make complex solutions feel intuitive and accessible.





As a key member of PagerDuty’s internal brand team, I played an essential role in maintaining brand consistency and building scalable systems that empowered other teams across the company. I partnered with cross-functional teams—including content, events, and internal comms—to deliver creative solutions that aligned with both brand standards and business goals. My work helped solidify the brand’s visual presence during a time of growth, while ensuring the design language remained adaptable, cohesive, and future-ready.
