Royal Foods, one of the Southeast’s largest fresh produce delivery services, partnered with Phase 3 Marketing to reimagine its brand identity. Tasked with concepting a fresh visual direction, I developed a brand system that authentically reflected the company’s core values—reliability, freshness, and regional pride—while celebrating the vibrant nature of their products.

The concept merged bold, organic visuals with clean, modern typography to create a sense of trust and vitality. Through color, form, and tone, the brand captured the essence of farm-to-business connection, positioning Royal Foods as both a dependable partner and a proud steward of quality produce. The new direction served as a flexible foundation for everything from fleet design and packaging to digital touchpoints and sales collateral.
