Something Clicked was a Kabbage initiative designed to connect aspiring entrepreneurs with insights from seasoned small business owners. I led the creation of the podcast’s visual identity, crafting a bold yet approachable design system that captured the energy of candid, real-world conversations. The visual direction was built to be flexible across channels—social, web, and audio platforms—while reinforcing Kabbage’s brand as a trusted, supportive voice in the small business community.

The platform was designed to make content discovery effortless and shareable, encouraging deeper engagement within Kabbage’s growing small business audience. While the initiative faced funding challenges, Something Clicked proved the value of content-driven storytelling. Through podcasting, we uncovered a powerful way to connect with our community, build brand equity, and deliver meaningful, educational content that positioned Kabbage as more than just a lender—it became a resource.
