In Perspective is PagerDuty’s thought leadership platform—designed to elevate conversations around digital operations, resilience, and the future of work. I helped bring this initiative to life by leading the visual direction and brand development for the site. Working closely with the content and strategy teams, I crafted a design system that felt premium and editorial, while remaining true to PagerDuty’s brand values of clarity, confidence, and innovation.



The visual identity leaned into spacious layouts, strong typography, and a refined color palette to support long-form storytelling and expert commentary. I introduced design cues inspired by traditional editorial design—while ensuring the system was scalable across web, social, and campaign use. From initial concepting to launch, I ensured every detail felt intentional and elevated, helping PagerDuty shift perception from a product-driven company to a forward-thinking industry leader.
